When I finally decided to sell, I was given Erika's name by one of my friends who just relocated from Chicago to Portland. When they say that things happen for a reason in our lives, they know what they say. Erika has been an absolute savior. I started working with her in January, and now in mid-June, I am "condo-free". All it took is less than 5 months to have it sold from my very first email exchange with Erika! And it was not an easy sale. The week we finalized documentation to have the property put on the market, the condo's HOA filed a lawsuit which automatically significantly decreased the chances of securing any financing for the new buyers. Erika has stepped in and up every step of the way during the process. From contacting the condo tenant to have a copy of the keys made, to researching the comps and accurately pricing the condo as confirmed by numerous feedback from potential buyers and their agents, to spending hours on understanding and researching potential financing options for the condo, to facilitating the speedy closing and much much more along the way. Erika has proven to be great at communication, available day and night to address questions and concerns, and very proactive and solution-oriented. She was also truly concerned about what is good for the client even if it meant her taking the property off the market (I was temporarily contemplating a re-rental). I will miss her positive attitude, optimism, and professionalism, but I could not be happier to have the beautiful condo sold and put in the hands of new owners who will hopefully enjoy it for the years to come."
